👉 Itinerary: approximately 5 hours

✅ 09:00 We’ll pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to The Basket Boat Cafe where you will enjoy a welcome drink on your arrival, We will share our local stories about the Coconut Plam Village and the basket boat ride to prepare you for your trip.

✅ 09:45 Here we’ll take you on a scenic basket boat ride, exploring the Bay Mau water coconut palm forest, an ecological and historical location in Hoi An. You will have chance to join some activities of a fishing village like spinning the basket boat, throwing a fishing net and if your lucky you will catch fish or crab to cook when you arrive back at the cafe. Mixed with some traditional singing along the river, this will be an experience for the memories

✅ 10:45 Back to The Basket Boat Cafe, where we all put our chefs hats on and aprons and get ready to prepare your own dishes using authentic Vietnamese recipes.

✅ 12:30 Enjoy your lunch/dinner (with the courses you have learned & assisted by our head Chef) at our lovely location. Surounded by wildlife along the river and watching the local fisherman trying to net some fish, as you dine on your very own scrumptious food. We present you with a certificate as well as your very own recipes.

✅ 13:30 Tour ends with a transfer back to your hotel
